3. Service Overview

Figure 2: The Verifiable Computation Algorithm consensus algorithm enables WorldLand to evolve into a global decentralized computing cloud.

3.1. Characteristics of the WorldLand Mainnet Service

The mission of WorldLand is to empower individuals by combining the efficiency of artificial intelligence with the trust of blockchain, enabling them to own AI and achieve economic success through it. In the blockchain ecosystem, individuals and businesses participating as nodes share their computing resources and receive rewards in coins and tokens. These nodes are composed of computing devices such as CPUs and GPUs, data storage, and network cards. Currently, thousands of nodes participate in the WorldLand Seoul Mainnet, mining primarily using CPU-based systems.

The WorldLand mainnet is soon evolving into a GPU cloud. The WorldLand consensus algorithm, Green VCA, is designed to prevent the use of ASICs. Node operators in WorldLand are encouraged to adopt GPUs to maximize mining rewards.

WorldLand plans to introduce a system called Verifiable Coin Toss (VCT), where mining nodes randomly select themselves. The network controls the probability of a coin landing heads to limit the excessive use of computational resources solely for mining purposes.

WorldLand Client Program: At present, participants download and install the WorldLand client program on their computers, which includes only the mining functionality. In the future, the client program will incorporate features such as W3C DID, VCT, and cloud participation. This will allow many users to easily create and register their W3C DID. Since VCT requires minimal computation, it can also be implemented on mobile devices, enabling users to toss a coin to gain mining rights. Nodes that gain mining rights through VCT will submit proofs of their computational resources and commence mining. WorldLand encourages nodes that are not selected for mining to offer their GPU resources for AI training and services, thereby earning additional income.

3.2. Agent-Based Generative LLM

Today’s AI can enhance human capabilities in computation, information collection and analysis, and communication exponentially. Generative AI has now reached a level where it can see, listen, speak, understand human instructions, and respond in natural language. By agentizing generative AI, we can further amplify human capabilities.

An Agent is software or a system that autonomously acts in a given environment to achieve specific objectives. Agents are equipped with procedures to perceive situations, make decisions, and act accordingly. Generative AI (Large Language Model) can be tasked to become an agent.

3.3. The Future of the Agent Network

Creating agents with generative LLMs will bring about significant changes. Just as we learn and grow through mutual teaching in society, agents in the My AI Network can also engage in mutual learning and growth. Simply put, just as a professor guides a PhD student, agents can engage in supervised and unsupervised learning. Junior agents can rapidly develop under the guidance of senior agents.

By expanding the learning objectives of agents to various fields such as law, medicine, and engineering, agents can quickly master multiple specialties and evolve to a level where they can assist or even replace humans in various tasks.

3.4. Explanation of MY AI Network (Example of an International Legal Team)

To better understand My AI Network, let’s use an example of a legal team preparing for an international M&A litigation between South Korea and the United Kingdom. In essence, when multiple specialized AIs collaborate, not only does the efficiency of the work multiply, but each AI also becomes smarter after successfully resolving the issue. These improved state values are captured as records in cryptography and blockchain, providing economic value to each AI that can be utilized in future transactions.

  • The legal team must comprise members with various expertise. The team should include international law experts, M&A specialists, lawyers specializing in South Korean law, lawyers specializing in UK law, financial analysts and accountants, contract drafting and review experts, investigation and evidence collection experts, and translation and interpretation experts.
  • Each member is responsible for providing legal advice related to international law and M&A, managing legal procedures in both countries, financial and accounting analysis, contract review, evidence collection, and translating and interpreting legal documents, all of which are crucial for effectively preparing and conducting the litigation.
  • Now, let’s assume that each team member has an AI agent trained in their specific expertise.
  • By leveraging WorldLand technology, the legal teams for international M&A litigation can enter into transparent and reliable contracts through smart contracts. Each team member’s AI agent can collaborate and share information in real-time across a distributed network, overcoming the time zone differences between the UK and South Korea.
  • Legal documents and evidence stored on the blockchain ensure data security and integrity, and decentralized file storage systems allow secure access to critical documents.
  • Payment and reward systems are automatically processed through smart contracts, supporting fast and transparent international transactions. The AI agents in this international legal team continuously learn the latest information through a distributed learning platform.
  • With the support of AI agents, the legal team can perform their tasks in an efficient and transparent collaborative environment.

3.5. The Need for AI Sovereignty

In the age of AI, the value of an individual can be expressed through their unique data, especially from the perspective of global companies like OpenAI. For businesses or individuals that hand over their data to OpenAI, they risk reducing themselves to mere recipients of Universal Basic Income (UBI) provided by the company.

In WorldLand, individuals can use blockchain to train their AI with their own data, providing services to others while accumulating additional knowledge and experience. They can also earn tokens and derive economic benefits from these interactions. This is possible only when individuals can own and manage their data without handing it over to global monopoly companies.

If one surrenders their data to OpenAI, the value of their personal AI diminishes. OpenAI would then have access to all customer data, training its super-large models with the customers’ expertise and experiences to provide services globally.

3.6. AISovereignty is Economic Autonomy

WorldLand Cloud is one of the essential resources for AI training. Another critical resource is the proprietary confidential data held by individuals, companies, and institutions.

WorldLand provides a secure cloud environment that allows individuals and companies to protect their core secrets while enhancing their AI models. It offers technical solutions for training models within one’s own secure space. Consumers, businesses, and institutions worldwide can meet and collaborate on the WorldLand My AI Network using their My AI Agents.

All economic benefits arising from mutual cooperation among individuals’ AIs within the My AI Network are shared among all participants. This equitable distribution of the benefits from advancing scientific technologies expands individuals’ economic autonomy.

3.7. Summary of WorldLand’s Technology Stack and MY AI Network

Ideal conditions differ from reality. AI sovereignty and economic autonomy are not automatically protected. To protect sovereignty, effort is required. If the effort is too great, people will give up. Thus, technology that allows powerless individuals to unite more easily is needed. This is where blockchain and DAO technologies come into play. Moreover, it is essential to answer whether such technology can be developed and supplied now and what relation it has with AI.

4. Technical Architecture and Implementation

In this section, we will explain the technical architecture and implementation methods for integrating My AI Network into WorldLand to create a service with the desired characteristics.

Table 1: Service Classification of Participating Nodes in the WorldLand Cloud

Table 1illustrates the two types of computing services provided by WorldLand nodes: EVM and non-EVM services. EVM services generate revenue through dApps such as DeFi, NFT, ERC-20, Bridges, and SBT, and are compensated with tokens from each dApp ecosystem. Non-EVM services provide computing services like Consensus, Zero-Knowledge Proof, and My AI Network, generating revenue through minting rights, transaction fees, and contract earnings.

4.1. Overview of Blockchain and AI Integration Technology

The proposed technical structure must be designed to satisfy the following key characteristics:

  • Global Decentralized Mainnet: WorldLand should be a mainnet with global participation, with nodes evenly distributed worldwide. Therefore, the block speed should not be excessively high. Speed will be ensured through WorldLand Layer 2. Various Layer 2 solutions will be created and utilized for different purposes such as cloud, AI training, and transaction tracking. Layer 2 will enable fast block issuance. Multiple Layer 2 solutions will support transactions in parallel, addressing scalability issues.
  • Digital Goods Delivery and International P2P Payment Capability: The WorldLand mainnet must provide an environment where individuals can exchange digital products and services across borders and pay with coins. This maximizes opportunities for individuals to sell digital goods and AI on the global market and generate income. To support this, WorldLand must offer solutions for non-EVM computing needs (see Table 1). EVM computing is used for contracting and verification, while non-EVM computing is used for AI training and inference services.
  • Token Issuance for AI Agent Transactions: WorldLand should enable participants or their AI agents to easily enter into contracts with each other and use MAN tokens as a payment method for digital goods transactions. This supports individuals in engaging in free economic activities based on contracts through My AI. Tokens act as a measure of value for AI products, facilitating transactions and driving ecosystem growth.
  • Cloud Computing: Blockchain ensures that all transactions are transparent and immutable, enhancing transparency and security. This allows users to trade in a trustworthy environment. However, not all information can be stored on the WorldLand mainnet, nor can all computations be handled by EVM. Therefore, the WorldLand mainnet must support rollup chains and verifiable cloud computing outsourcing services.

Finally, blockchain must provide an environment that can implement decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs). This allows the community to participate directly in decision-making, ensuring transparency and fairness in platform operations.

4.2. Comparative Advantages Over Web2 AI Services

4.2.1. Facilitating Global P2P Transactions

Web3 Blockchain: WorldLand, as a decentralized system, provides a global currency that enables direct peer-to-peer transactions without intermediaries. This reduces transaction costs, increases transaction speed, and enhances transparency and trustworthiness.

Web2 Environment: In the Web2 environment, intermediaries are required, leading to increased transaction costs when using fiat currency and the risk of centralized control. Additionally, regional limitations and regulatory issues make it difficult to enter global markets.

4.2.2 Transparency and Security

Web3 Blockchain: WorldLand is based on open-source code, with all transactions being transparent and immutably recorded, which enhances transparency and security. This creates a trustworthy environment for users.

Web2 Environment: Web2 relies on centralized servers, which depend solely on the reputation of centralized companies. This increases the risk of security threats and data privacy violations. When centralized companies exercise monopoly power or governments exercise censorship, it becomes very difficult for individuals to resist.

4.2.3 Sovereign Data Management

Web3 Blockchain: Through decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), blockchain allows individuals to decide which data to use for AI training, directly participate in community decision-making, and enhance transparency and fairness in platform operations.

Web2 Environment: Web2 relies on the organizational and service structures of centralized global corporations, limiting the transparency and fairness of AI operations. AI models are not provided as open-source, leading to transparency issues, and it is not clear which data is used for training. Users must continuously provide their data to global corporations, presenting a structural problem.

4.3. Technical Stack Architecture

This approach ensures that WorldLand remains at the forefront of technological advancements while maintaining the core principles of decentralization, transparency, and security.

4.3.2. WorldLand Cloud

To establish a data and computation cloud environment, we plan to develop the following WorldLand Layer 2 protocols:

  • Development of WorldLand Layer 2 Rollup Chain (WL-Rollup): The role of WL-Rollup is to manage and track the state changes of AI learning and service objects (checkpoints) using zero-knowledge proofs, ensuring that all state changes during development are correctly executed. The final product and its proof are then on-chained to WL-Rollup, with a summary ultimately stored on the mainnet.
  • Comparison of Checkpoints: The value of the service can be measured by comparing the previous and current states of AI learning objects.
  • Deployment of Rollup Smart Contracts (WL-Rollup SC): These smart contracts will be deployed on the WorldLand mainnet and connected to WL-Rollup.
  • Registration of Personal DID and GPU DID: Cloud service operators wishing to participate will register their personal DID and GPU DID.
  • Zero-Knowledge Proof System for AI Computation: Integrate a zero-knowledge proof system for AI computation into the WL-Rollup client.
  • Cloud-native and Distributed Cloud Technologies: Utilize cloud-native technologies and distributed cloud techniques to cloudify the computational resources of nodes registered in the WorldLand cloud. The required tech stack includes cloud-native technologies, Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, SSL/TLS encryption for security, and container isolation technologies.
  • User Requests for AI Learning Services: Users can upload their data and models to their cloud space and request learning services. They can also demand the checkpoint results and zero-knowledge proofs. Cloud service providers will present the results and proofs to the WL-Rollup chain, which will verify the validity of the final results and proofs and store them on-chain. The WorldLand mainnet will then confirm the results and proofs submitted by the Rollup chain and approve the final on-chain results.
  • Utilization of Existing Cloud Providers: The WorldLand cloud system can utilize computational resources from existing cloud providers like AWS and Azure, as well as computational resources from WorldLand node operators who own GPU equipment, leveraging distributed cloud technology.

The aim is to raise between $2,500,000 and $3,000,000 in this round. Major expense items include the establishment of security infrastructure, setting up research labs, recruiting top talent, marketing and promotion, and listing the token on exchanges.

Revenue will be generated through several key channels. Firstly, profits can be made from capital gains due to the appreciation of token and coin values. Secondly, fees will be charged to customers utilizing cloud services. Thirdly, we plan to offer premium AI model training services and earn revenue through usage fees for these services.
